This App demonstrates the beginning level stances and postures for the entry level student in martial arts. Each technique is presented at en entry level and should be practiced in repetition, as outlined in the mMAI training manual. These basic techniques will be the foundation upon which further levels of training will be built.

*This App is developed to assist students to retain and progress in the curriculum found in the mMAI (maren's Martial Arts Institute) manual.
